Our prices are valid from the date of publication and are subject to stock availability. Prices include VAT (5%), local transportation within the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), and installation service with up to 3 meters of intermediate piping. Ardıç Ltd. reserves the right to modify the recommended price list at any time. Any changes to VAT or other applicable tax rates, as well as the introduction of new taxes, will be reflected in the pricing. The EN 14825 SEER and SCOP values may vary from the catalog values depending on the geographical location where the products are used.
Installation and Warranty:
Product prices include up to 3 meters of intermediate piping and installation, provided the installation is carried out by an authorized service technician. Any additional piping beyond 3 meters will be charged per meter at the recommended prices inclusive of VAT as follows:

For 9K, 12K, and 15K units: $17 / meter

For 18K and 21K units: $18 / meter

For 24K units: $20 / meter
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a reliable power supply line with sufficient capacity is provided by a certified electrical specialist. Cable ducts, drainage trays, decorative and construction works, crane usage, ventilation ducts, and grille installations are not included in the installation fee.
Warranty Period:
Our products are guaranteed for a period of 3 years against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of installation, provided that installation is carried out by an authorized service. Products that have been installed and documented with a service form will incur an additional charge if dismantled and reinstalled. Air conditioners must be installed by authorized service personnel.
