The new GB5 S introduces a refreshed visual identity, modernizing its appearance while preserving the premium aesthetic and dynamic elegance that define the line. Signature red lilies on the side panels pay homage to La Marzocco’s Florentine heritage, while a redesigned front panel enhances visibility of the group heads. Notably, the second-generation GB5 is the first in the La Marzocco lineup to feature an integrated water sensor, capable of measuring both conductivity and hardness as water enters the machine. This innovation enables users to monitor water quality and filtration performance in real-time—without the need for external testing tools.
